½ Day and Twilight: 5 Hours
Targeted species are Calico Bass, Sand Bass, Bonita, and Barracuda. If fishing gets tough, we can fall back on Sculpin and Rockfish. On ½ day and twilight trips, we have a range of 12 nautical miles from Marina Del Rey. Fishing in Santa Monica Bay is great for kids because of the bay’s calm seas. The twilight trip has the best bass fishing. Calico Bass and Sand Bass tend to bite best at night.

½ Night Lobster Trip: 5 Hours
Lobster fishing has become a very popular sport. On this trip we place baited hoop nets adjacent to rocky reefs and lift them to the surface hopefully full of keeper lobsters. Lobster anglers also come home with plenty of rock crab. All you need to bring is rain gear. Be ready to pull up some hoop nets. The boat is equipped with a davit to make pulling hoop nets a breeze. Don’t forget to bring a fishing rod to catch fish between sets.
This lobster season is from October 3 at midnight through March 17, 2010.

¾ Day Coastal: 9 Hours
Targeted species are Calico Bass, Sand Bass, Bonita and Barracuda. A few exotic fish such as White Sea Bass and Yellowtail may come into the picture on the longer trips. If fishing is tough we can fall back on the rockfish. On ¾ day trips, we are able to fish the outer reaches of Santa Monica Bay. We have a 30 mile range on these trips. This means such places as Paradise Cove, Ventura County line and the whole Palos Verdes Peninsula are in range. This length of trip gives us many options on where to fish. It is one of my favorites.

Extended Twilight: 9 Hours
Targeted species are Calico Bass, Sand Bass, Barracuda, Bonita and White Sea Bass. This is my favorite trip. Extended twilight trips often produce the most and biggest bass. You can fish BKR (Paradise cove) and the world famous Deep Hole (Ventura County line). If you want trophy bass, this is the trip for you.
Cost: $500

Lobster ¾ Night: 9 Hours
The 9 hour lobster trip gives you the most fishing time. With this trip, we can fish all the local lobster spots and the added time also allows you to fish spots farther from port like the Palos Verdes Peninsula.
Cost: $600
This lobster season is from October 3 at midnight through March 17, 2010.

Full Day: 12 Hours
You have the most range and variety of fishing with this trip. Your targeted species are Calico Bass, Sand Bass, Barracuda, Bonita, Yellowtail and White Sea Bass. This trip has a 40 mile range. We can fish the Palos Verdes Peninsula and Horseshoe to the south and we can fish the scenic Malibu, BKR and Deep Hole area to the north. You get the most fishing time on this trip.
Cost: $600
