Deep sea fishing trip in Galway Bay from Spiddal.

Explore the waters of Galway Bay and Aran Islands with skipper Max Couque on board 38 ft Leaca Rua.

Fish for species such as shark, pollack, ling, ray, mackerel and much more...

For day trips, boat departs Spiddal Pier approx 9am and returns around 5.30pm, depending on tides.

For evening charter, boat departs at 6.30pm and returns approx at 9.30pm.

The Leaca Rua is licenced by the department of Marine and can carry 12 passengers.Smaller groups welcomed and individuals also catered for.

The boat is located in Spiddal during the summer and Rossaveal the rest of the time.

During the day a stop on the Island for lunch or for a pint can be organized.

In the evening your catch of the day can be cooked in a local restaurant.
