Fishing lake management donating to cancer research. 1 Year, 11 Months ago

Hi I thought everybody should know what we are doing at Smallwater lake in France. Apart from being a very Heavily stocked lake with some of the the best fishing holiday accommodation there is, We are donating money to cancer research for every kilo of fish that is caught from our lake.
If anyone wants to take a look at the webbsite it is Smallwater lakehttp://www.carp-fishingholidayfrance.co.uk/
Cheers,
Shane.

I looked at your website to see if there was any word on how much you were able to donate how or much fish was caught but couldn't fins anything. How did you do? How Many Kilos?

We don't exactly get Holiday here in the States, but some professions give paid time off. It's usually earned by working 40 hours a week equaling about 2 hours paid time off. It's not much. Most jobs, not including professions, like entry level jobs either don't give vacation time, or it is unpaid vacation time. I will be lucky to have ever left the United States in my lifetime let alone spend the time and money on a fishing trip overseas! Though, I would love to. Luckily, I live in a State with excellent fishing, though I would like to catch plenty of new species of fish. The only species of Carp I've caught so far is the Common Carp, though I've got my sights set on a few others we have locally.

Either Way, I think it's great what your doing!
