Fishing Report for 08/07/2011
All of the locals raved about how great the fishing was here. We spent a few hours on this lake and nobody had any bites. Saw people fishing with bobbers, on the bottom, spinners, etc. Talking to a camp host in Kirkwood, she said this lake was listed as one of the best fishing spots in america last year and was over-fished. They also had not planted anything in it this year. Beautiful lake, but wish we had better luck.
