Only a few people fishing here, nobody is really catching anything.
Fishing Report for 08/22/2010
Fished for King Salmon/Chinook almost all day Saturday and again Sunday morning. Saturday there were about 5 Kings pulled out, mostly from the south end of the Pier. Sunday morning there were 2 caught while I was there, one nice 15+ lbs and the other about 10 lbs.
Green is the hot color this year. It's the only color I saw anything caught on, so go with green darts or candlefish.
Fishing Report for 08/17/2010
Fished for kings for a couple hours until just after sunset, no luck. Nobody else caught anything while I was there, except a big starfish. I heard a guy mention he had caught a 17 and a 26 pounder there last week, but I don't know if the chinook salmon are still moving through here. I'll try some more over the next couple of days.
