Fishing Report for 07/30/2011
Even with the wind, fishing was great! 6 pickerel, 7 rock bass, 1 largemouth and 2 smallmouth boated. Creature baits pitched in shallow cover, lipless crankbaits and spinnerbaits thrown across windblown points seemed to be the ticket. Fish were shallow - everything was in less than 7 feet of water. I would suspect similar conditions for the rest of the summer.
