Fishing Report for 02/14/2012
Fished here on Valentine's Day at sundown, got about 5 bites in an hour but they were hard to hook. They were biting on powerbait, using a bobber. At least four others were fishing here too and I never saw anyone else get a bite or catch.

Fished about 3:30 to 4 and caught 4 Trout on Powerbait after drilling just one hole. It was cold and Raining/Snowing out and figured I had a good run and just left it at that!
Fishing Report for 01/16/2012
Started fishing the pond a little late (about 1045am) but got bites right away with power bait. Drilled different holes and moved around. The two of us caught 4 fish in an hour but had lots of bites, just couldn't hook them. Three banana and one rainbow trout. It would have been perfect out if the wind wasn't blowing. We only stayed an hour. The fishing died just before noon, just like it did last time.

My First time Ice fishing and Kaylee and I slammed 'em. Ice was a bit thin, but held up. It's supposed to warm up a bit this week, so we might stay off for a bit. Caught a bunch of small rainbow and Banana Trout. Also saw a massive Banana get caught.

Another day at the local pond, and if it weren't so windy it woulda been another awesome day but the bite was still on and ya can't complain about that. Lot's of Bluegill and small crappie and saw one guy catch a small Bullhead Catfish. Still no trout even though we were told 500 were planted. I guess these trout don't like the bobber and worm.
Fishing Report for 06/14/2011
Got out to the local pond for the second time ever and the bluegill and sunfish/white crappie were biting like crazy. Had heard they planted over 500 trout last week, but we weren't able to catch any. Were using medium size hooks and worms but couldn't set the hook. Finally changed to smaller hooks and used less than an inch of worm and a bobber. Got a bite every cast. Nothing over 6 inches but still fun to catch.
