Fishing Report for 07/02/2011
The Ventnor, NJ public fishing pier was very productive at low tide on 7/2. I used blood worms to catch numerous croaker. Eventually, I was catching them two at a time. So I used a small catch as bait. I was hoping for a late season, stray striped bass or an odd blue but landed a good 36" skate.
